I noticed that the webpage stated " We are passionate about building places for people and have significant expertise delivering complex mixed use regeneration and development projects covering the office, retail and foodstore, leisure, residential, industrial and warehouse sectors." They also said " We work in partnership with others, for others and for ourselves across the North of England." The meta header had property development as the first optimized keyword. This keyword is followed by regeneration projects and st james securities which isn't as important as property development.
